Efashion is aimed only at fashion professionals. In order to access the prices and models, you must create an account with your SIRET or SIREN number as well as a copy of your K-Bis in order to validate your registration immediately. Otherwise, you will have to wait for our service to verify the validity of the information communicated.
Suppliers are not authorized to sell to individuals. They are subject to strict rules and must declare all invoices issued for accounting and tax reasons.

If you do not yet have a SIRET number, we give you the opportunity to register on our platform as a “Temporary Buyer” by checking the box “My business is being created”.

Many suppliers offer so-called “one size fits all” (TU) sizes which can fit most body types. Some suppliers offer T1, T2, T3, etc., which correspond to size ranges generally starting from T1=36/38, T2=38/40, T3=40/42 and so on.
As a marketplace, our mission is to provide a complete and daily service. We do not do dropshipping. All payments and purchases are cash, meaning orders must be paid for at the time of purchase. There is no credit possible.
When you place an order, several statuses allow you to follow its progress:
Waiting for confirmation : The wholesaler has received your order. It checks the availability of items.
Order confirmed : Your order is ready to ship. The wholesaler is waiting for the carrier to pass.
Ready for parcel pickup (Groupage) : The package is ready. One of our drivers will pick up the package from the wholesaler.
Parcel pick-up carried out (Groupage) : The package was picked up by our driver. It is now available to the selected carrier.
Order shipped : The order has been handed over to the carrier.
Until payment of your order, the products are not not reserved. Even when added to your cart, their availability may vary. If out of stock, they will be automatically deleted.
In the event of a stock shortage, you can replace the items concerned with other references of your choice. A replacement box is automatically checked when finalizing your order.
It is possible to replace with references of the same price, or of a lower price. However, it is not possible to replace with a higher price.
In the event of a stock shortage, Efashion undertakes to reimburse you for the goods by recalculating your shipping costs, within 72 working hours if payment was made by credit card.
If you paid by bank transfer, you will be asked for your RIB in order to reimburse you the amount due. If you paid by HERO in 3 installments, your last payment will be recalculated. For payment within 30 days, your direct debit will also be recalculated.
You can find the invoices for your orders in your customer area, in “My orders”. Shipping invoices are issued independently and can also be found in “My Orders”.
By ordering on Efashion, you have transparency of choice and transport cost. Choose from Colissimo, GLS, DPD, UPS, Chronopost, DHL for all national and international shipments. We also offer GPX and OCX for shipments to the French Overseas Territories.
You can also use your own carrier to ship your orders. Efashion also offers a free groupage service which allows you to collect your purchases from different suppliers at a single collection point from our warehouse.
Grouping (€3 per package) allows you to group the packages of your order at a single collection point. This option also helps reduce your transportation costs.
For example, if you have ordered from 5 different suppliers, our consolidation service allows you to group your 5 orders together at a single collection point at Efashion. Approximately 48 hours are necessary to prepare the orders and assemble the packages.
You have the option of collecting the packages yourself from the store if you are a French customer. To do this, select the option “direct collection from supplier” and notify the wholesaler of a pickup date.
If you are a foreign customer, you will need to complete an exit declaration from the supplier.
Once the order is placed, suppliers have 48h to prepare the order and deliver it to the carrier.
As soon as the packages are taken care of by the carrier:
– France : 24h/48h (DPD, UPS) or 48h/72h (Colissimo)
– Europe : between 48h and 72h
– Outside Europe : between 48 hours and a week depending on the destination
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking of your package is visible from your personal space in “My orders”. By pressing the “+” to the left of the tracking number, you will be redirected to the carrier's website to follow the delivery of your packages in real time.

In the event of absence, carriers can reschedule a second delivery attempt for the next business day. Beyond that, a delivery notice will be left to you and you will have to follow the instructions indicated in order to collect the package.
Beyond a certain period of time without presentation, the package will be returned to the sender. If you want reshipment, you will have to pay shipping costs again.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight, but also the number of packages. They also depend on your location and the carrier selected. We invite you to calculate the shipping costs directly from your basket via “Calculate shipping costs”.
Upon delivery, it is imperative that you check the condition of the box. In the event of an anomaly (damaged, opened package, etc.), you must issue a report of anomaly to the delivery person, or refuse delivery, to protect you in the event of missing and/or defective items.
In the event of delivery accepted without reservation, Efashion as well as the selling supplier cannot be held responsible for damage occurring during transport.
Start by checking with your neighbors or relatives who could have received your packages for you. If it turns out that you have not received anything, notify us immediately at service@efashion-paris.com.
We will send you the dispute document to complete and return to us. After the 30 day period, we will no longer be able to assist you in disputing delivery and no refund can be requested.
Efashion offers you numerous secure payment methods suitable for professionals:

– Classic or immediate transfer with Fintecture, which allows you to make a transfer by connecting directly to your bank account
– Payment in installments or within 30 days if you are eligible with Hero, only for mainland France and Overseas Territories customers

Of course. If there is a shortage of stock, the due date will be automatically adjusted if you have chosen payment in 30 days. For payment in 3 installments, the last withdrawal will be recalculated according to the amount of the stock shortage.
If you change your mind upon receipt of your order, you have the option to make a complaint by contacting our customer service at service@efashion-paris.com within a period of 7 calendar days after receipt.
In this case, the return costs will be your responsibility and you will benefit from a credit with this supplier. Once the goods have been received by the supplier, you will be reimbursed in the form of a credit or promo code.
Contact our customer service by email at service@efashion-paris.com within a period of 7 calendar days after receipt of the order, by formulating in detail the subject of the complaint and attaching photos of the items concerned.
Our team will then do everything possible to offer you a solution within 48 working hours.
If the fault comes from the supplier or Efashion, a prepaid return label will be sent to you by email in order to proceed with the return by La Poste. You will then not have to pay any fees. You will have 72h to ship the returned merchandise.
You have a deadline of 7 calendar days from receipt of your packages to send us your complaint. Beyond that, complaints cannot be processed.
We only sell wholesale and to fashion professionals. You will need to prove that you are a professional declared in the commercial register to be able to access and order on our site.
As a French professional trader ordering from French professionals, you must pay 20% VAT. When you resell your products, you also apply VAT on the sale price. Thus, you recover this amount when declaring your accounting balance sheets.
If you order from a French merchant from another EU country, you must provide a VAT number when registering in order to be exempt from the 20% French VAT, thanks to the free trade pact between member countries.
