Who can order on Efashion?
Efashion is exclusively for fashion professionals. To access prices and products, you must create an account with your SIRET/SIREN number and a copy of your K-Bis. Private individuals cannot place orders on our site.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), instant bank transfer via Fintecture, and payment in 3 instalments or deferred 30 days via HERO (mainland France and overseas territories only). PayPal is not accepted.
What are the delivery times?
After the order is placed, suppliers have 48 hours to prepare and hand over the parcel to the carrier. Allow 24–48h within France (DPD, UPS), 48–72h (Colissimo), 48–72h within Europe, and up to one week outside Europe.
What is the minimum order amount?
Minimum order amounts are set by each supplier. They range from €0 to €250, with an average of around €80 excl. VAT per supplier. If you order from multiple suppliers, each minimum applies separately.
Are all items listed online in stock?
We update stock weekly, but cannot guarantee 100% availability. In the event of a stockout, you will be notified by email and can replace the item with another reference or receive a refund.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking number is available in your customer account under "My Orders". Clicking on it redirects you to the carrier's website for real-time tracking.
I don't like an item — can I return it?
You have 7 calendar days from receipt to contact our customer service at service@efashion-paris.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and a store credit will be issued by the supplier.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. We work with Hipay and the 3-D Secure authentication system. Your bank details are encrypted using SSL technology and never transmitted in plain text on the site. Hipay is approved by the ACPR.
I received a defective item. What should I do?
Contact us at service@efashion-paris.com within 7 calendar days of receipt, attaching photos of the items concerned. Our team will propose a solution within 48 working hours.
I plan to open a shop — can I register?
Yes. Tick the box "My company is being created" during registration to get temporary 7-day access to catalogues and prices. Once you receive your K-Bis, send it to service@efashion-paris.com to activate your account.
